1. Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Advice

HerCare is an informational and personal tracking tool designed to support general health and lifestyle awareness. HerCare is not a medical device, does not practice medicine, and does not provide clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, or prescription services.

Important: Always seek the direct advice of a qualified gynecologist, obstetrician, endocrinologist, or other licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, severe symptoms, or abnormal bleeding.

2. Cycle & Period Estimations

All cycle timelines, phase countdowns, and period start predictions generated by HerCare are mathematical and statistical estimations derived from historical cycle logs. Human menstrual cycles are subject to hormonal variability caused by stress, illness, travel, medication, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Predictions should never be treated as guaranteed occurrences.

3. Fertility & Contraception Warning

HerCare’s fertile window and ovulation estimations are calculated based on general physiological averages. HerCare must NOT be used as a method of contraception or birth control. HerCare cannot guarantee the prevention or achievement of pregnancy.

4. PCOS / PCOD and Bleed-Free Mode

The Bleed-Free and PCOS/PCOD support modes within HerCare provide symptom categorization and lifestyle management education. They do not constitute an endocrinological or gynecological diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome or any other reproductive pathology.

5. Clinical Intelligence & Advisory Engine Limitations

The conversational Clinical Advisory Assistant utilizes automated clinical intelligence protocols to synthesize general health and nutrition literature. Advisory insights are algorithmic educational references and do not constitute direct physician diagnoses. Never rely on advisory summaries for acute medical emergencies.

6. Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing severe, sudden, or debilitating pelvic pain, heavy hemorrhaging, dizziness, or symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy or other medical emergencies, immediately contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital emergency room.
